These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Posido platform and all its members. By creating an account, using the platform, or accessing any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted all of the terms below.
Posido is an online betting and gaming platform designed for users in Bangladesh. We are committed to transparency and fairness, which is why these terms are written in plain language so every member can easily understand them.

02Account Registration
When registering with Posido, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
What you need to register
- An active mobile number or email address
- Full name (must match your national ID)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- A strong password
One Account Per Person
Each individual may only create one Posido account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
Account Security
Keep your account login details strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
Note: Never share your account password with anyone. No Posido staff member will ever ask for your password.
03Eligibility & Age Requirements
Betting and gaming services on Posido are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

- No previous Posido account has been closed
- You must be of sound mind when registering
Posido may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
04Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals on Posido are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposit Policy
- Minimum deposit: ৳500
- Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
- Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
- Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used for the deposit
- Once identity verification is complete, withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
Anti-Money Laundering Policy: Posido complies with international anti-money laundering policies. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
05Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

General Bonus Terms

- Bets placed with bonus balance generally require minimum odds of 1.5
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be terminated

06Betting Rules
There are a few key rules to follow when betting on Posido. These rules apply equally to all members.
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
- Bets generally cannot be changed once confirmed
- A cancellation option may be available before the match starts — this depends on the specific event
- If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Posido reserves the right to void it
If a match is cancelled
If a match or event is cancelled, left incomplete, or finishes outside the scheduled time, the full stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
Live Betting
Odds change quickly in live betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. Posido is not responsible for odds changes caused by network delays.
07Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Posido platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Bonus abuse or system manipulation
- Match fixing or suspicious betting patterns
- Hacking, viruses, or use of malicious software
- Collecting or misusing other members' personal information
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
- Using automated software or bots for betting
Consequence: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, and all balances may be forfeited.
08Account Closure & Suspension
Posido reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances:
- If You Violate the Terms
- If there is an issue with identity verification
- If suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected
- At the member's own request
- As a protective measure under our Responsible Betting policy
If You Want to Close Your Account
If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
09Privacy & Data Protection
Posido takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Details provided during registration are used solely for service delivery and identity verification.

10Responsible Betting

- Losses due to disruptions from approved third-party services
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)
Please note: Betting involves both wins and losses. Posido sets odds in a fair and transparent manner, but no one can guarantee a win.
12Terms Amendment Policy
Posido may update these terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes — via platform notifications or email.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
